As a child I always dreamt of what life would be like. I never thought that I would have followed in my mother's footsteps. Any chance she had to capture a memory on film she would. I remember so often dropping off rolls of film and not being able to wait to open up that envelope full of memories that would now last a lifetime.

I've definitely taken on that passion of recording all of those special moments in my life. Whenever I have my camera in my hands I turn into a completely different person. All the worries in the world seem to slip away and all I can think about is capturing the perfect shot of that perfect moment.

Now for a little bit more of my history. I grew up in Aurora, Colorado but now live in Cedar Falls, Iowa. I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa after going through their Graphic Design and Marketing programs. I began pursuing professional graphic design and photography by creating Patton Design & Photo in 2007. I now work at Martin Bros. Food Distribution designing menus, internal publications and run their social media presence.
